When do I need to place my order so it arrives by Christmas?

In order to receive your items on time, with some national shipping delays due to COVID, please place all orders by December 15th

 

What is your return policy?

Returns + Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If for some reason your items do not work out, we accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer store credit or a refund to the original form of payment for goods that are unused and in original condition. If the item appears used, Pine Home has the right to refuse a return or exchange. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured to ensure a safe arrival back to our warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns or exchanges for apothecary or bath items. 

Please email Hello@pinehomeshop.com  to initiate an online return. Note that items purchased online cannot be returned at any brick and mortar or pop up locations.
