Shipping policy

Please allow 3-5 business days for items to be packed and sent from our warehouse after the order has been received, plus shipping times selected at checkout. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout and will depend on the weight and distance from our New Jersey headquarters. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Pine Home is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed items. Please contact us within 48 hours if your goods arrive damaged and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please photograph both the original packaging and the damaged item as it greatly helps us when submitting a claim to the carrier.
